Stretch

It was a perfect day for stretching and as always, I used the X Stretch from P90x.

Here is this week’s schedule.


Sunday – Core Synergistics (AM), 50 mile bike (PM)

Monday – X Stretch

Tuesday – 3 mile run, hills

Wednesday – swim, drills (AM), 60 minute bike

Thursday – Core Cardio Medicine Ball

Friday – 10 mile run

Saturday – Fountain of Youth
