Stretch Day

Time for my stretch day and I will be doing X Stretch from the P90X series. I need this. Actually, I probably need a couple of days of this. My legs are very sore. I am done with plyometrics until all my triathlons are done. This week will also be my last for hill and speed intervals. I think I have done enough this year to get my legs in good shape.

Here is this week’s schedule.

Sunday – Total Body Plus (AM)
55 mile bike (PM)

Monday – X Stretch

Tuesday – Interval X and Abs/Core Plus (AM)
3 mile run, hill intervals (PM)

Wednesday – 20 mile bike

Thursday – Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus

Friday – Fountain of Youth Yoga

Saturday – 15 mile bike/5 mile run (brick)
